Dave Frishberg is an American composer. He has become best known for writing and performing his own songs including favorites "My Attorney Bernie" and "Van Lingle Mungo."

Rosemary Clooney, Michael Feinstein, Diana Krall and Mel Torme are some of the exceptional performers who have chosen to record his music. Dave also wrote "I'm Just A Bill" about the forlorn legislative writ in the ABC Schoolhouse Rock! series subsequently transformed into the popular revue "Schoolhouse Rock Live" available with MTI.
