Actor Jim Breuer (born June 21, 1967 in Valley Stream, New York) is a American comedian best known as a cast member of Saturday Night Live from 1995 to 1998. He has also had major roles in films such as Half Baked (1998) and the short film American Dummy (2002).

More recently Breuer has been heard regularly on satellite radio, first as a regular guest on The Opie and Anthony Show and starting in November 2004, on a weekday Sirius Satellite Radio "Raw Dog Comedy" channel show of his own. He credits XM radio host Ron Bennington, of The Ron and Fez Show, for helping get his career started.

He is number 91 on the List of Comedy Central's 100 Greatest Stand-Ups of All Time.
