A trade fair (or trade show) is an exhibition organised so that companies in a specific industry can showcase and demonstrate their new products and services. Generally trade fairs can not be open to the public and can only be attended by company representatives (members of the trade) and members of the press. There are currently over 2500 trade shows held every year in USA alone.
