Burnout Legends is another game in the Burnout franchise and the first to be released for Sony's PSP and the Nintendo DS. The PSP version was released alongside Burnout Revenge for PlayStation 2 and Xbox on September 13, 2005. Burnout Legends features many of the tracks and gameplay modes from the first three Burnout games, but repackaged for the handheld format. Many of the gameplay modes are similar to Burnout 3 using some old and new tracks. The only visible problem is when the track changes there is a slight pause during a event.

Screenshots have appeared on IGN showing that Burnout Legends is currently under development for the Nintendo DS. It will be released on November 29, 2005 [1]. The DS version of the game has only been reviewed by 2 sources but so far it has recieved very low scores (it currently only ranks in at 35% at Gamerankings).
